Alpha 2 was the first to demonstrate the new, cartoonish art style, which remained as the final look in the full game.If the player attempts to go through the slightly open door, the game will end with a black screen displaying the text "HELLONEIGHBORGAME.COM.” The walls are covered with children's drawings. The room is littered with candles surrounding a mannequin, a baby crib, a mattress/bed that someone was most likely in, a teddy and a few toy bricks. After running down the stairs, the player will enter a room. The shadow of what most likely a child, can be seen for a split second down the stairs. The player enters the basement with intense carnival like music. If there is enough time, unlock the basement door with the crowbar and the keycard. Break out of the room to get the Neighbor distracted. Tactic 2: Climb up the ladder and fall into a hole in the roof. Tactic 1: Do the stairway opening puzzle again and remove the boards on the children room door and grab the keycard and get to the basement. The wrench is used to open the locked ladder. You can pick up the toy rifle and use it to stun the Neighbor or to break windows as a distraction. The lockpick is used to open the shed located in the backyard (optional, and you cannot use it if you did the electromagnet route). You find a crowbar and (if you haven't used the electromagnet route) a lockpick. After doing one of these, you can open the red lock. Bring the electromagnet to the backyard to the window in the tool room and use it to get the lockpick. Instead, turn the generator in the backyard on, go to the "Open" switch, hurry up the stairs after activating it and grab the electromagnet. After he drinks the poisoned milk, he will soon fall asleep. Tactic 3: The Neighbor loves milk, so you can get sleeping pills in the bathroom cabinet and put it in the milk bottle. You open the front door, a hat stand falls, and the Neighbor will hear it. Intrigued, Nicky enters the Neighbor's house. Keeping a low profile, Nicky views the Neighbor shut and lock the basement door. After seeing the Neighbor struggle with what is most likely a hostage, Nicky quickly runs over to the house. Nicky wakes up outside his actual house on a blue couch, startled after hearing a scream. Nicky experiences distorted visions of the Neighbor taking over the house, and barricading and locking multiple doors. Nicky opens the boarded-up front door, moves his belongings inside, and then takes a nap on a covered up couch. He parks in front of a derelict-looking blue house. And if that’s not enough for you, there are in-game cheats available that you can use.Nicky Roth is in his car driving to a new neighborhood. With this, you will have more opportunities to explore the house while he is distracted. The AI also comes with an enhanced care loop which now includes added behaviors, such as taking a bath, drinking some milk, exercising, and sleeping. More, it now allows you to peek through keyholes by holding the E key in your keyboard. The alpha game also has improved stacking and throwing physics. However, that doesn’t mean that it will be impossible to hide from him. This means it’ll be harder to sneak up on him.
